From the fabulous choice of stylish contemporary three piece suites, furniture and dining suites, to the very best in matching curtains and carpets and the luxury of airy French doors, the attention to detail is second to none. The spacious feel of the living and dining area with its vaulted ceiling, is designed to give you the perfect environment for those relaxing weekends away with family or friends.

The Utopia comes with a modern well equipped fully fitted kitchen with built-in dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor, washing machine and fridge freezer, everything you will ever need to create delicious meals for family and friends.

There are three beautiful bedrooms in the Utopia, all perfectly fitted with your comfort in mind. Banks of wardrobe space, drawer units and optional window seats are the hallmark of Lissett Homes, together with carefully planned storage, and the option of a uniquely designed centrally heated hanging space.

All bedrooms are fully furnished with a choice of carpets, curtains, wallpaper, paint and bed linen, all to the highest quality. Choose from either 4'6" or 5'0" wide beds, all provided as standard, or customers can provide their own should they prefer.

Cool and contemporary fully fitted bathrooms come as standard with the option of shower facilities, if required. Larger homes incorporate elegant en suite facilities and separate shower rooms.

A stylish selection of coloured suites with a choice of standard or corner baths is available. Care is also taken to provide special facilities for our customers with disabilities if required.

Many of the larger homes incorporate a study as standard; a beautifully fitted space to give you peace, solitude and privacy whenever you want. The perfect room for paperwork, hobbies, relaxation and an ideal, pleasant location for accessing the internet on your computer.

In the smaller homes, many of our customers have the second bedroom converted into a dual purpose study with a bed settee for use by the occasional visitor. You only have to ask... after all, the choice is yours.
