Set in manor house grounds in a beautiful location by the River Lune, with Lancaster and the Lake District only a stones throw away, Crook O'Lune Holiday Park is the perfect place to own a holiday home. Ideally situated in a tranquil surroundings, yet with easy motorway access, you will find our holiday park quiet and peaceful, as well as extremely professionally managed to enhance the enjoyment every time you stay here.

The Sunday Times recently described the Crook O'Lune area as beautiful as the Lake District but much more affordable. There are no holiday sales, or sublets here and we have a fantastic range of statics and lodges, as well as plots to suit all requirements and pockets, Crook O'Lune Holiday Park should be your first choice when looking to purchase that perfect holiday home!

Fishing

Crook O'Lune Holiday Park is perfect for fly fishing on the River Lune, which is famous as a location for Salmon and Trout fishing. Licences are available from several nearby spots.
 

Walks

The Crook O'Lune is a walker’s paradise and the enthusiast with a long weekend to spare might tackle the 37 mile Lunesdale Walk. For those preferring something shorter, there are numerous easier walks that have spectacular views across the Lune Valley with a backdrop of the Three Peaks in the distance. As a mid disctance walk there is a 16.5 mile Lune Valley Ramble from Lancaster to Kirkby Lonsdale that should fit the bill. Many of the walks are part of the River Lune  Millennium Park and a detailed brochure is available from our reception.

Cycling

Setting out from Crook O'Lune Caravan Park leads you onto the wonderful Lune Park cycleway where you venture through the beautiful, constantly changing countryside nestling between the rivers Lune and Keer, with Lovely villages and places of interest to explore along the way. The route is all on road over undulating topography and take you through 42km of lush Lancashire scenery. The route should take the average rider around 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete.
